Shipping Policy

How we fulfill orders

Tiny Worlds Publishing offers a mix of print-on-demand books, ready-to-ship physical goods, and digital products. Depending on the item you order, your shipment may be fulfilled from one of several partner facilities around the world. The shipping method, transit time, and tracking availability for your order depend on the product type and your destination.

Most physical books are printed on demand, meaning each book is printed individually for your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for printing before your order is dispatched. Ready-to-ship goods and merchandise typically dispatch within 1-3 business days.

Shipping methods and tracking

Tracked services

Shipments to the following destinations are sent via tracked carrier services (UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail, or equivalent depending on origin). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Untracked international services

Orders to the European Union and to other international destinations may ship via international postal service depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Some of these shipments are not trackable and cannot be insured. Where this applies, you will not receive a tracking number, and we cannot investigate the location of your package once it leaves the fulfillment facility.

International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing and the destination country's postal system. International orders sometimes take up to 6 weeks.

Tracking availability is noted on each shipping method at checkout. If tracking is essential for your destination, please contact us before placing your order — we can often arrange an upgraded service for an additional fee.

Lost or undelivered shipments

Tracked shipments: If your tracking has not updated for 14+ business days or shows delivery to the wrong address, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Where the carrier confirms a lost shipment, we will arrange a replacement at our cost.

Untracked shipments: We cannot investigate lost packages with the carrier, and these shipments are not insured. By placing an order to a destination that ships via untracked service, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed beyond stated transit times, or in rare cases not delivered. Replacement shipments for lost untracked orders are at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees levied by the destination country. Where these charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your shipping cost at checkout. Your local customs office can provide information about applicable rates if you wish to estimate them in advance.

For US, UK, Canada, and Australia/NZ destinations, no additional duties or customs charges apply.

Multiple shipments per order

If your order includes items fulfilled by different partners (for example, a print-on-demand book and a digital product, or items from different print facilities), your order may arrive in multiple shipments at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments — each fulfillment partner ships independently using the rates you paid at checkout.

Digital products

Digital products (ebooks, downloadable files) are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. No shipping charges apply, and these orders are not subject to the transit times listed above. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a shipment once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to the fulfillment facility due to incorrect addresses may be re-shipped at the customer's expense, or refunded less the original shipping cost, at our discretion.

Order cancellations and changes

For print-on-demand books, we can cancel or modify orders only before they have been routed to printing (typically within a few hours of order placement). After that point, the print and ship process is automated and cannot be stopped. Ready-to-ship goods can typically be cancelled or modified until they are packed for dispatch.
